Power Skills: Synopsis
This course has highlighted the different skills employers search for when hiring people. They look for people who conduct themselves in a professional manner, prepared for an interview, communicate effectively with others, show critical thinking & problem solving, are able to work with others well and understand the importance of networking. I believe I truly understand how to make myself a more appealing candidate for a job and when you are competing with others for the same job, being unique is essential. But this course not only showed me how to get a job but also the manner I should conduct myself on the job.
