Spring Project

Link to Project:

This is the second to last project for my high school years and it is a 20-page website about New York City tourist attractions that is supposed to culminate all that I have learned over the past three years. I believe I did a good job considering how big of a feat which was in front of me. I chose to do a website about NY because I believed I knew enough to do it, but it was surprising to see just how much I learned while doing the project.

On the actual technical side of the project, I do believe it reflects what I have learned over the past few years, especially if it is compared to my first webpage. There is a sticky nav on each page that where the user can easily maneuver to any page and the layout is similar to this blog page with one main column and a side column. However, I do wish I had more time to add more CSS to the page because while I was doing my research I stumbled upon a page with very nice CSS and I wanted to mimic it in my page, but there was no time. While this is currently the best I could do right now, I know there is still room for improvement.
